Kathleen Regan, certified teacher, has been practicing yoga for
more than 30 years and teaching Yoga for 15 years. She has a strong
background in Iyengar, Sivananda, and Kundalini style yoga.
Hatha Yoga is a science and philosophy that aims at joining and
integrating the body, mind,and soul promoting good health and
a sound and stable mind. Hatha Yoga, an ancient science and an
eight limb path has its roots in ancient India. The ancient Rishi's
and Sages practiced Hatha yoga to reach higher levels of consciousness.
They practiced the eight limbs, formulated by the great sage Patanjali,
to achieve their goals and improve their lives.

Pratyahara is the detachment and non-attachment to worldly things,

| The
yoga asanas exercise every part of the body stretching and toning
the muscles and joints, the spine, the entire skeletal and circulatory
systems. Live and enjoy a healthy life with the practice of Yoga
developing peace of mind, flexibility and strength of body and mind.Support
and modifications will be given to students who have limited mobility,
injuries or physical challenges.Group classes and private lessons
